Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through NeuroQuran, including digital products, online learning materials, classes, seminars, workshops, coaching sessions, and related educational services.

NeuroQuran is operated by Pusat Pengajian & Hafazan Al Quran Furqan, located in Malaysia.

1. Digital Products and Learning Materials

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final once access has been provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital learning kits

• PDF modules

• Video lessons

• Audio materials

• Online class access

• Private learning links

• Downloadable or view-only learning materials

• Recorded seminar or workshop content

Once the customer has received access to the digital product, learning link, video, audio, module, or online material, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. No Refund After Access Is Delivered

Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:

• The customer changes their mind after purchase.

• The customer purchased the wrong product after the product details were already displayed.

• The customer did not use, open, watch, download, or complete the material.

• The customer expected additional services that were not included in the product description.

• The customer cannot attend a class, seminar, or session due to personal reasons.

• The customer has internet, device, email, WhatsApp, or access issues that are not caused by NeuroQuran.

• The customer has already received the class link, digital access, recording, module, or learning material.

3. Refunds May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment was made for the same product.

• Payment was deducted but the order was not successfully received by NeuroQuran.

• The customer purchased a product but NeuroQuran failed to deliver access due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.

• A paid class, seminar, or program is cancelled by NeuroQuran and no replacement session, credit, or alternative access is provided.

• The wrong product was delivered due to an error by NeuroQuran.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by NeuroQuran.

4. Replacement or Alternative Access

Where possible, NeuroQuran may offer one of the following instead of a refund:

• Replacement access link

• Access to the correct digital product

• Rescheduled class or session

• Credit for another NeuroQuran program

• Alternative learning material of similar value

This is to ensure the customer still receives the learning support they paid for.

5. How To Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, customers must contact NeuroQuran within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please provide the following details:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Product or program purchased

• Payment receipt or transaction reference

• Reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 7 to 14 working days to process, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider involved.

Refunds will usually be made through the original payment method where possible.

Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative fees may be subject to the policy of the payment provider.

Before making payment, customers are advised to read the product description, package details, class information, access terms, and this Return & Refund Policy carefully.
